Most home systems can be installed in a day. Larger commercial installs may take longer — we’ll give you an estimated timeframe when we provide your quote.

Yes — all of our systems include setup of the Hik-Connect mobile app. You can view live and recorded footage from your phone, tablet or computer anywhere with an internet connection.
Yes — our cameras support number plate recognition and facial recognition, both in daylight and at night. They are suitable for busy environments and public spaces.
Our systems can also include motion detection with mobile alerts, two-way audio, anti-vandal housings, seamless integration with alarms and access control, and secure downloads of video clips.
This depends on your system size and storage capacity. Typically, footage is stored for 30–90 days, but we can customise this based on your needs.
Yes — we install both wired and wireless intruder alarms. All systems can send alerts to your mobile device and can be integrated with your CCTV system if required.
Yes — we install access control systems for doors and gates. Options include keypad, fob, card or biometric access, with full event logging and app control if required.
Our process is simple: send us a video walk-through of your property via WhatsApp. We will provide a personalised quote based on your video, valid for 30 days. We then arrange a call to explain your quote and answer any questions, and schedule your installation date.
We provide full training so you are comfortable using your system. We also offer an optional annual maintenance package that includes checks, cleaning, and parts and labour cover.
